Call
02 4703 9332 — seven days a week, 6:00am to 7:00pm.
If we are on a measure, leave your name, suburb and which room you want renovated. We call back the same day wherever possible.
What to tell us
- Your suburb — Penrith, Jamisontown, South Penrith, Glenmore Park, Emu Plains, St Marys, Kingswood or nearby
- Which room — main bathroom, ensuite, second bathroom, laundry, or more than one
- Rough size — "about 2 by 2.5 metres" is enough for a first idea
- Roughly when the home was built — this tells us whether asbestos testing is likely
- Single or two-storey, and whether the bathroom is upstairs
- House, townhouse, unit or granny flat, and whether it is in a strata scheme
- Owner-occupied or rented, so the scope suits how the room will be used
- Your budget tier — budget, mid-range or upper — if you have one in mind
- Photos of the room, including the floor and ceiling
Why we measure first
Phone quotes for bathrooms are guesses. The age of the home, the floor construction, the exact dimensions, the plumbing positions and whether there is asbestos all change the price by thousands. The measure is free and takes about 40 minutes.
Sometimes the measure shows that a partial upgrade will do the job. When that is the case, we say so.
What happens next
- A call to understand the room and book a time
- A free measure
- Asbestos testing if the home predates 1990
- A written, itemised fixed quote
- Selections ordered before a start date is set
Before you call
The 2026 cost guide shows the budget, mid-range and upper tiers. The renovation steps page explains the program, and the FAQ answers common questions.
